...the most influential spiritual teacher I've had in this lifetime. She is both Shaman and Mystic... and a Master Tea-Connoisseur ;) (She taught me the spiritual value of a well-brewed delightful cup of tea with a dearly loved friend). We met while she was still working for the British Embassy in DC (in Defense) and just before she resigned that position to commit to her spiritual work fulltime. It is a great service and commitment she shares with this world. Born in Belgium, she has traveled the World extensively and was integral in starting the Tibetan Center in DC. She has worked with many spiritual elders around the world and for multiple indigenous cultures. I find these thoughts she has shared to be very profound and to represent the core of her teachings with me. It is the most clear and well-written piece I think I've ever read of hers. It carries a profound message on how we can have the optimum impact on our World and all governments... All Life.

It was amazing what I experienced after I took your advise with the
meditation regarding my son Mario. I had a wonderful week. I really felt
happy. I thought to myself that this should never end. Then on the weekend it was different, but I think my son and I understanding each other so much better. And, of course, we have to take some hurtles to get through, but with the meditatation it makes it so much easier. I also go with him to work-out at the gym. We are doing something together, which makes me happy too. Thank you again for making my life so much better, I really needed it. Wishing you all the best. ~ Heike :)

...You have devoted your life to bringing God's light to mankind, uplifting consciousness, and caring for those who others look past. These I admire in you. I have gifts, I don't deny this. Awakening to them, and learning to use them has been difficult and also amazing. In you, I find the first human I ever spoke to, who truly understood all that I had never explained to anyone. All that I could have asked for in an angel. You opened the path to me, where I saw and feared to tread. And now, I work and struggle to get ahead. In spite of myself most often, and usually when at my deepest, in spite of life, and all the trials that come along with it. I wonder sometimes, how I will find the time, motivation, love, and space to do as I dream. ... ~ Blessed be Jay.

I thank you for helping me get to this beautiful momentous time of servitude. I thank you for the blessing of being able to grow and learn with you. I thank you. I am greatly honoured that Mother/Father God has brought us together. There are those times when saying "Thank You" is of utmost importance. To tell the ones that because of choosing to serve they helped someone else be able to serve. To touch the hearts of others who need guidance and help them to reach their place in the universal heartfire.

I love this. There is so much in here to learn. You had said maybe, you should change some of it. Oh, I hope not, I want MORE!!!! I want the next class, the next steps. I want to know the key, I want to know how to walk, speak, breath and totally be in the presents totally all the time. I can't find words to express how I feel. I want to hear the word of God in my being. To feel his/her being with me, in me all the time. I know it takes time and I need to learn the voice and the feeling but oh..... ...I LOVE your ABC of the L of L. Beautifully presented, I immediately saw it as one of those children books, presented with lots of pictures, describing the ways of things! And YES, that is what I see in Paneurhythmy - I AM the point of contact between heaven & earth, the Mother and the Father, Mind & Heart - merged in/through me, etc etc. Very lovely.

I have been doing the lifestream for three years now. It still amazes me sometimes how a simple thing like this can affect my life. If I fail to do the Lifestream Alignment in the morning, I find that my mood changes. This is just simple observation during these last three years. I have found that the Alignment keeps my moods at an even keel. It has also enhanced my ability of inner sight and sight of energy.
