A
Crossing of Souls Meditation - to free the Earth of lost,
trapped and wandering soul energies with the help of Metatron,
Michael, the entire Angelic
Realm and anchor the Mahatma
Energy. This is the
first of 4 meditations with the next one in 2008, 2010 and 2012. All Luminaries
and Light
workers are called to help.
This can be done at any time during that week - where ever you are!
It
is a very important task for the Earth and for our world - if we
are to move forward and upward. The Earth needs to be freed from all the dead
weight - no matter
its origin. It will also help to free the sprit of our elements
and return the natural center into the 4 cardinal points of Earth. It
is indeed a most exciting time to be serving the Divine Plan on Earth. The

Shower Meditation:
Turn Your Daily Shower into a Magical One
And
Stay Anchored in Your Heart Space!
Wouldn’t
it be wonderful if there were a natural substance readily available to us at relatively no cost, and one with great magical healing abilities? This substance
is available and has always been there. We use it every day without recognizing
its true identity, qualities and natural power.
In the world of
‘spiritual alchemy’ it is not only essential to establish a sacred
relationship with the inner essence of our life stream but likewise with the four
elements. The build- up of our emotional thought energies makes this difficult
and, at times, impossible.
Emotions are the
barometer that can give us an accurate reading of true feelings. But for this
reading to be established, the energy environment of our psyche needs to be
stable. This stability can be achieved by taking the “middle path” from
which we become aware of an emotional calm.
It is a “quiet” that can also be called the “still point”.
In the heat of the moment we can step into the collective emotions of
this world, but from within the quiet center of the middle path, we are able to
make wiser choices. Wiser choices are those that serve the innermost being of
our heart center and at the same time serve a greater purpose.
Within an
emotionally charged atmosphere, it is not only difficult, but also sometimes
quite impossible to retain our balance, not to mention our emotional
independence and clarity. Would you believe that water could help us attain and
retain a spiritual and emotional balance?
It is possible for water to
achieve this but only when
we return the sense of “sacred” into the
meaning of “water”. In doing so we are giving it its due recognition.
Therefore, water
as we know it, is not just a commodity, sustaining life, but has always been a
part of spiritual and religious ceremonies of all cultures. It plays a major
role in our ordinary life as well as in our psychological and spiritual
evolution. Additionally, as one of the four elements it can help us
establish a natural and healthy relationship with the other three elements, all
of which is now more important than ever. We live in a world of highly charged
emotions that influence us individually and make it very difficult to retain
emotional independence. Independence of emotions leads to independence of
thought and ultimately to an expanded mind, which in turn leads to an ascended
consciousness.
An expanded mind
is not only able to see the bigger picture, but also perceive the deeper
meaning, because it carries an attitude of sincerity and true caring for life.
Thus, retaining independence of thought within an emotionally charged
environment, while expressing true caring requires an enormous amount of
self-discipline and detachment.
Thoughts and
ideas of this transformational quality need to be original and free of all
influence from within their present environment. Ideas that are
"divinely inspired" originate from beyond and above the known norm.
There is no limit in the outreach of their vibrations to achieve transformation.
To free the world of thought from emotional highs and lows of negative and
positive into stabilized vibrations heralds’ true liberty. Global
meditations have this all-round stabilizing and transformational influence, and
especially so when carried out during auspicious times of the Nature Calendar.
Who, or what
could be a direct stabilizer and mediator in this world of an emotionally
charged thought environment? It is
the element water! Water is the key in this call! It is a neutral but thorough
mediator in the invisible and visible world. We always feel better when we have
had a good cry ‑ don't we? Above all, the element water has direct
access to this world of thought, be it the individual or the collective pool of
thought energy. But, water can only perform this role when recognized,
and when given the opportunity to interact with humanity. By giving recognition
to its divinity, the spirit is returned to every drop of water and it can
cleanse and transport negatively charged emotions.
A continued caring interaction provides acceleration to its spirit.
During these past
two years, people around the world focused thoughts of healing and prayers to
all the water sources on our Earth to free them of energy pollutants. This has
been most auspicious and timely. All water bodies of Earth connect with the
emotional body of all sentient life, and mountains and rocks are the
representation of their crystallized form.
The
reactivated and revitalized waters are now ready and waiting to serve a new and
greater purpose. It is now possible for water to make an instant connection with
the collective emotions of humanity. Thus, what was done for the water can now
be done through the water to our own emotional body and that of collective
humanity. The element water needs
to be included if the entire environment of thought and action is to be
cleansed.
The connection
with the collective consciousness of the emotional body is easily achieved by
raising all waters into the highest vibration of Crystalline Silver.
How is this done.
In cosmology, "Silver"
stands for Christ Consciousness, Protection, Elevation, Spaciousness, and as
empty space it represents "Pure Breath of Oneness." As such it
radiates "Divine Order and Free Will".
In it's refined
state, as of present time, it represents the
Crystalline Ray of "Love
Supreme." A very powerful
"triad of heart" aimed at
raising the vibrations in the collective consciousness to restore true freedom
of choice to human kind.
To connect with the collective
consciousness of heightened or dulled emotions necessitates we communicate with
the water. Additionally, breath (air) and water are the two vital
elements for elevation of thought. The element fire, in this case represented by
the crystalline silver, is essential for the transformation of all energy.
The vehicle is the element earth, represented by our own body, plus our
conscious mind and thus, through water we link with the collective mind.
Before we
embark on an imaginary journey we make a decree by stating:
State
the name of your “most holy” or simply:
In
the name Jesus Christ (or Mother Father God),
I
hereby decree:
Every
time I turn on the water to take a shower,
The
spirit of the water is given my respect
In
the gift of the crystalline silver light of Love Supreme.
May
this decree be activated immediately if at any time
I
forget to greet the water with the thought of
crystalline
silver.
Inhale
as you turn on the water and exhale into it the crystalline silver. This
completes your decree and, it can be renewed at such time when you feel it is
necessary. Now we continue with the
journey:
Stretch
up & raise your arms above your head, if necessary, this can also be done in
a seated position and state:
Mother-Father
God heal my "entire being".
Raise me
and fill my entire being with your Divine Essence
(Inhale
sparkling, fiery crystalline silver light & stretch higher!)
so I can
manifest inspirations that serve your Divine Plan on Earth.
(As
you exhale, imagine yourself growing into a huge brilliant crystalline light)
Spread
Peace, Harmony and Healing throughout your Creation
See
yourself (imagine) spreading this light throughout Nature and all around
Earth, the Planets & Stars and back down to Earth beaming the crystalline
light into Oceans, Rivers, Lakes and imagine all cetaceans joyously swimming in
the crystalline waters.
See
the Oceans and the Sky as one brilliant crystalline light, the Sky the mind and
the ocean the sub conscious and emotions. Saturate all trouble spots on Earth
with silver and see them being washed clean.
See
your own crystalline light expand and expand because the more you give the more
you receive. Pick up the entire globe and cradle it in your arms and then inhale
the whole globe, exhale it and see the Earth as a vast and luminous Angel
opening its cloak revealing the world of Nature. And look, within the region of
its heart a radiant humanity alights! A People - A Nation of Heart! - Sacred
Destiny of this Land - this Hemisphere.
Now
see the Angel closing the cloak, which emphasizes the oneness of all!

And as we watch, we realize: we need not judge, nor fear, nor think of the
yesterday’s nor of the tomorrow's, but we only need to remember the
"breath of oneness" and exhale it as " Peace of Heart – as in
Family of the One Heart."
Take
another deep breath and exhale as you make the “AH” sound bending slightly
forward with the last exhale.
Cross
your chest with your arms:
Right hand
to the left shoulder and
Left hand
across to the right shoulder and state:
"For
thine is the Kingdom of one Nation of Love Supreme-
A
Nation of Peace of Heart!
And with
every breath I take, in Thy Presence I abide"
Now
state: I decree in the name of Jesus Christ (or in the name of your most Holy.)
each time I shower, this act of a cleansing transformation of all life is
automatically repeated.
Amen, or
Adonai Tsebyoth!”
And from this
moment on try and retain the memory or remain aware of being an unending
stream of crystalline silver light. We are here to give light, and to keep
on giving more light to liberate all and everything. In doing so we are
liberated from our inherent addiction to this world of highly charged emotions.
Thus, we are naturally freed into sincere and victorious people of heart!
And People of Heart represent “balance in all things”! From this day
forward every shower you take will be an empowered one – simply see dust
washing down the drain while your own body is of sparkling crystalline clear
silver. Yet, ever so often renew the decree by doing this meditation or
making the statement.
A
shower at night will free us from the energies collected during the day and
assures a better night sleep. It will be hard to meditate or even pray properly
when our mind is preoccupied with negative or sad thoughts. Instead, try and
take a shower and add any kind of sound to the shower ritual. Sound, water and
breath make visualization possible and balance is returned. Often with an
inspiration to solve a problem.

Copper Lotus Meditation of the Sacred Heart

The Golden Copper
Ray can also be referred to as the 13th Celestial Solar Ray of
the Cosmic Mother. It is the
ray emanating from the Heart of the All that Is All. At the Harmonic
Concordance I felt the presence of this ray as the “Great Oompah of
Mazzaroth, who had landed to take All home. It seemed to carry the notion of
fait accomplit: willingly or not; home we must go – by truly remembering
our celestial origin of the golden heart and expanding our consciousness
into it. (I later checked out Mazzaroth, since I had not heard of it before
and, it turns out that Mazzaroth is the “feminine side of Arctaurus.) Now
to the meditation/invocation:
1.
Stand
straight and
align yourself into the rhythm of the Solar Planes or, briefly with an in
and out breath connect to source by inhaling
its Golden Ray.
2.
Exhale it through your body into the volcano at the Center
of the Earth.
3.
Inhale from the volcano the Ruby
Ray and exhale it into the
Great Central Sun. See both unite and inhale the Golden Copper Ray – then inhale
into your body the Violet and
Amethyst Ray.
Additionally
or alternatively, chant or sing
4 times the names of the Arch Angels responsible for the Earth and her
Universe, begin with: Elochim
Michael,
Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Zadkiel, Chamuel, Jophiel and Metatron.
4.
Raise your arms and stretch your body tensing all your muscles except
for neck and face. Feel your feet firmly on the ground and make it a really
nice stretch. Stretch a second time and visualize the Golden Copper Sunlight
from the Heart of Mother/Father God streaming down – onto your head.
5.
Inhale the Golden Copper and as you do so sparks fly all around you.
See the Golden Copper streaming into your head and into your whole body.
6.
Exhale it into your feet and onward into the Center of the Earth.
7.
Hold your breath and briefly see your whole body in this golden
copper light.
8.
Now inhale Golden Copper again and direct its flow into your chest.
9.
Exhale and see/imagine your whole chest illumined by this golden
copper light.
10.
Bend as low as you can, touch your feet, or the ground you stand on
to pick up the Ruby Ray from the Center of the Earth.
11.
As you inhale, straighten slowly guiding the Ruby Ray into your
Chest.
12.
See
the Ruby blending with the Copper turning it into Red
Gold – like the most brilliant Sunrise or Sunset. Your body is now turning
into Brilliant Golden Copper.
13.
Exhale and with normal breathing keep your gaze at your
heart. Something magical is happening! There is a new creation! Look, and
watch the bud of a Golden Lotus flower emerging from within this golden
copper environment. Try and feel its environment of calm and quiet –
permeating your whole chest. And now, we need to nourish this beautiful
little golden copper bud. It requires natural nourishment because the little
bud stems from the source; it requires none other but nourishment for the
same source.
14.
Inhale pure Golden Light from the Source (Golden light for
acceleration of growth and expansion – the purest DNA) and
15.
Exhale
it into the Lotus bud. As you do so see it awaken! It
seems to smile and turn into an awesome little blossom. Gaze at its beauty
and talk with it. This is actually you, the essence of your Greater Self,
the essence of your spirit and soul, which is now
being given the recognition. Welcome it to integrate into your
physical body and into your material world.
16.
Inhale
and exhale more
golden light and see it evolve into a Golden Lotus blossom. With each in-breath
it grows larger and opens more into a flower. With each out-breath its petals close back into the shape of a blossom as if
it were protecting something so precious. That precious something is its
golden spark, which is your golden spark and later, it will enfold all you
give it to hold and cherish.
17.
Be aware of your breathing – feel each breath and see
your whole chest turning into a brilliant Golden Copper Lotus Flower!
Your entire body is illuminated by its radiance.
18.
Now we turn to the Divine Light Invocation: (when first doing this or
when you feel it necessary. Especially when we are emotionally challenged,
we need to brake through the clouds of our emotional mind or break the
barriers by use of breath, light of fire as in color, vision/sight and words
as well as some physical action i.e. movement.
19.
Now, tighten your muscles hands and arms too but not the neck head or
the face. Inhale and hold your breath with arms stretch high state out loud:

AM CREATED BY DIVINE LIGHT
I
AM SUSTAINED BY DIVINE LIGHT
I
AM PROTECTED BY DIVINE LIGHT

AM SURROUNDED BY DIVINE LIGHT

20.
Exhale and bring your arms down. With the palms of your hands
pointing outward, slightly raise your arms and repeat the statement:

AM CREATED BY DIVINE LIGHT,

AM SUSTAINED BY DIVINE LIGHT,
I
AM PROTECTED BY DIVINE LIGHT,
I
AM SURROUNDED BY DIVINE LIGHT AND
I
AM EVER GROWING INTO DIVINE LIGHT – TO GIVE TO ALL SENTIENT LIFE.
21.
Invoke and Pledge: I AM A CHANNEL OF PURE DIVINE LIGHT -. Every cell
of my body, every strand of my entire being is filled with Divine Light!
Every level of my conscious self, my mental, emotional and spiritual body is
illuminated by Divine Light. The essence of my Soul is permeating all levels
of my being. I AM ABUNDANT DIVINE LIGHT; I AM LUMINOUS and VAST, RADIATING
ITS RED GOLDEN ESSENCE FROM THE FIRE OF THE SACRED HEART TO ALL SENTIENT
LIFE AND INTO THIS WHOLE WORLD.
22.
Inhale
Red Golden Copper Light
- see your huge Golden self, vast and tall reaching into the Golden
Lifestream of the Great Central Sun with feet extending into the Center of
the Earth.
23.
Exhale
the Red Golden Copper Light
and see your whole body turning into a huge LOTUS Flower with hundreds &
hundreds of petrels. Opening with each in-breath and closing with each
out-breath.
24.
Return to normal breathing
and state: I AM FIRE OF SOUL IN THE SPIRIT OF LIGHT DIVINE, EVER READY TO
CARRY ITS BRILLIANCE INTO THIS WORLD. I AM A THOUSAND PETALLED LOTUS; I AM
ASCENDED AND FREE SERVING ALL SENTIENT LIFE!
Further,
I decree in the name of Jesus Christ – each time I inhale and exhale the
Red Golden Copper Light, this statement is hereby automatically renewed and
repeated.
The
last statement #24 helps to
retain Cosmic Consciousness – as in Avalokiteshvara; the Thousand-armed
Buddha who also symbolizes the Cosmic Christ. Infinite flexibility in the
eternal nurturing embrace.

Bath Magic and Color Energy
with
the
Celestial
Color of the Cosmic Solar Rays
Revitalizing
Your Auric Field
When
you are feeling tired and worn out, or you feel in need of an energy boost,
try to take a sacred bath, and at the same time allow the world of color
from the Cosmic Solar Rays to bring a whole new meaning to your bath!
Additionally, please consider
that "breath and water" are the two vital elements for
transformation to take place. Either one is fluid and by adding color to
both, breath and water, each element is energized and awakened to the
language of life. Color represents the will principle and it in turn
represents the element Fire. Fire adds driving force and Earth is
represented by the body - the dense matter that is now ready for
revitalizing and illumination. Are you ready to take a Sacred Bath?
1.
Step into your bathroom and for an instant visualize the entire
room in a Violet light of Fire.
Take a brief look at the mirror and see it also as
violet. (Make sure the toilet seat is down.) Violet will transform all
energy deposits in the bathroom (or any room of your home).
2.
Light Incense or smudge the bathroom with Sage and light a Candle
in respect of the Spirit of the Element Fire.
3.
Take any sacred rocks or crystals and place them at the side of
the bathtub.
If you use a Clear Crystal place it by itself.
Where-as Amethyst and Rose quartz can be next to one another. (The use of
crystals or ordinary rocks is optional.)
4.
As you turn on the faucet see the water as a Silver stream of
color. This represents your respect to the Spirit of the Element Water
plus it will clear it of any energy pollutants. (Bright Silver represents
Christ Consciousness or simply the highest and purest conscious intent -
sacred.)
5.
Add a handful of Sea Salt to the water.
(If you have "Color Energy Envelopes" and you are going to
take a yellow bath add Rosemary (as an herb or oil. It is good for the mind
in that it enhances concentration.) Sea
Salt is a cleanser of the bio energy field, and if it is felt as necessary,
more than one handful can be used. In this case you might want to use the
“violet” of the Color Energy Envelopes.
When adding the sea salt express a thank you for the nourishment it
provides on all levels of life by giving it Silver Light. The same applies
to any herb or oil.
6.
If possible
play some music of your choice. Chanting,
singing or just sounding the vowel sounds counteracts any kind of “mental
preoccupation”, and it is
particularly effective from within a natural water environment or that of an
activated one in the bath or shower.
7.
Now, breathe in Golden Light, hold your breath and see your
whole body totally covered in Gold plus immensely tall. Exhale and choose
the herb, the color from the envelopes or a visual color from the Cosmic
Solar Rays to energize your water.
8.
If it is the content from the envelope (one color envelope
serves two baths, although, I tend to economize by making it last for three
baths and instead visualize the color into its stronger shade).
9.
Inhale
Silver and give the color of your bath the gift of the Silver Light. As you
exhale silver into the colored water see it infused with silver stars.
10.
Now step into the bath, recline into it, breathe in the color of
your bath water and try and sense the water's velvet touch enveloping
your whole body and exhale. Take several breaths i.e.: Breathe in and see
the inside of your body in the color of the water and as you exhale
visualize the outside of your body in the same color.
11.
Relax and enjoy!
Yet, it is a perfect environment for a meditation
journey. If you have the time take one, the following type of beginning and
ending to a journey is most conducive in developing a natural color
sensitivity and thereby a sharpening of the instinct.
Above all, it will enhance greatly the general concept of
"sacred" and will add a depth to it that leads to expansion of
thought and feeling in regard to " Sacred Life". (Please note: it
might be safer to meditate in a seated position to avoid falling asleep.)
12.
The Amethyst Cave – An Avillion Heart Meditation:
Starting from and returning to
your Amethyst Cave - your heart space, upon completion of each journey, will
assure that the vibrations from your meditation experience are retained in
your energy field. Thus, we always start any journey from home and also, any
mediation that is started from the Amethyst Heart area, will take you safely
where you need to travel to. Thereby you will be given a meditation
experience your individual self requires for its transformation at that
moment in time. Above all, the
Amethyst color will not only ensure transformation of your heart space, but
will also boost its unique quality to ease expression from the heart.
Eventually, it will be easier to discern between emotions stimulated
by the mind and those by the heart. Thus
the gift from the heart through the Amethyst Ray is in the Quality of the
Sense of Discernment.
Regardless of the color of the bath water,
breathe in "violet" and fill your chest with violet color as you
exhale.
Now breathe violet again and
see your heart area turn into an "Amethyst Cave" - like a geode, with brilliant silver stars on each of its
amethyst points. As you exhale claim this cave as your true home.
Relax within the Amethyst Light. Look at the walls and if one opens up into
scenery let it take you there. If not, place some of your
favorite things into this your true home. Make it a place of comfort
and as you breathe in again extend it to the size of your bathroom or
even to that of your house. Look at the center of the cave - it may reveal
something or take you somewhere.
Upon completion of your
journey remember to return to your Amethyst Cave with an in breath and as
you exhale bring yourself back to the water of your bath.
13.
Always
conclude your bath with a Thank You!
Whether your bath has been simply for relaxation or has included a
meditation journey. In thought or word express a thank you in the name you
use for the Divine Source of Creation. As well as a thank you to the Silver
and the Color Ray which magnetized your bath water with its particular color
essence.
Please note: In
honor of Freedom of Choice it needs to be stated that physical color does
not need to be added to a "Sacred Bath". Instead, a visualized
color from one of the 12 Cosmic Solar Rays is even better. Yet, the addition
of physical color makes it easier and adds intensity to the experience. This
is particularly useful when one is plagued by a busy mind and visualization
is difficult to attain or retain.
Also,
Yogis would tell you that energy enters through the head and exits through
the feet. It is a calming exercise to inhale and exhale the energy through
your feet. The big toe represents the mind and to calm the mind breathe in
